Comfortable and Durable Chair

I am really satisfied with: (1) the quality of chair (2) budget price (3) customer service support of Steelcase Only problem I had was: (1) When I received this chair, it had all the dis-assembled parts (as expected), they had provided all the necessary nut and bolts but the screwdriver was missing, I had to purchase that separately from a local vendor to fix all the parts with nut and bolts (2) While configuring (since it was my first time) I had a lot of trouble (maybe because of my in-experience in assembling things). A small broacher with steps given to assemble the chair would have been definitely useful.

The chair is fantastic

This chair quality is premium, I am really happy with the chair The only problem I have started facing is lower tailbone pain after using this chair. Not sure that contributes to this chair or not. Thats why reducing 1 star.
