Delivery + Installation FAQ

Can you ship to my location?

Currently we are able to ship to over 9000 pincodes across India, and are constantly expanding our delivery coverage. You can check shipping eligibility when you visit the shopping cart page. We are not currently able to support cross-border shipments, or shipments to remote delivery areas.

When will my order ship?

Orders normally ship within 7-10 business days upon receipt in our system. Once your order ships, you will receive a message via SMS with the delivery tracking details.

My order has arrived, now what do I do?

For Leap and Gesture, no installation is required, as the products are shipped fully assembled and can just be removed from the box.

For other products, please do not attempt to assemble yourself. Installation service will be scheduled within 48 hours, and our installation team will contact you to confirm the schedule.

If you haven't heard from our team within 48 hours of the initial delivery, please contact our customer care team at shopin@steelcase.com for follow-up.

What if I need to reschedule my delivery/installation service?

If you need to reschedule your installation service, please contact our customer care team via live chat below so that we are able to arrange with the installation team.

My product arrived but is damaged- what should I do?

Please contact our customer care team with your shipping details, including photos of any damage to the packaging or products, and our team will follow up with you.
